Technical documentation is supplied within a contracted project stage. Deliverables, formats, included revisions and rights of use are defined in the quotation and contract.
01 — Design scope
From project inputs to usable documentation.
The design brief starts with the supplied diagrams and operating conditions. Routing is considered against the available space, tie-in locations, installation access and maintenance requirements.
Depending on the contracted scope, the package can include routing layouts, isometrics or prefabrication references. Equipment and structural interfaces are clarified alongside the responsibilities assigned to each discipline.
02 — Preparing an enquiry
What to send for assessment.
Send the information available, even if the records are incomplete. Project location, access for surveys and documentation language are clarified in the quotation for work in Romania or other European countries.

- Site dimensions, obstacles and operating or installation access
03 — Design connected to delivery
A design connected to workshop and site.
Agreed documentation can support SPW pipe welding, support fabrication and installation. Tie-in points and the document revision are confirmed before prefabrication.
Process sizing, pipe stress analysis and pressure-system requirements are not implicitly covered by routing drawings. Their necessity and responsibility are defined in the quotation’s technical scope.
